Cesar Gamez is a licensed and ordained minister who also holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling and is a sought-after speaker. His counseling background enables him to equip students with practical answers to real-life issues in an entertaining manner. Through interactive media, personal experience, and inspirational humor, Cesar motivates students to deepen their commitment to Christ.
His experience as a youth pastor has allowed him to analyze, understand and determine what impacts, drives and challenges the lives of 21st century students. He is a student of our culture and therefore he presents his various programs in an engaging and entertaining way that is culturally relevant and biblically based.
If you are looking for a professional youth ministry speaker who utilizes real life experiences as tools for the audience and who approaches learning from a multi-cultural, seeker-sensitive, culturally relevant and scripturally based point of view, then give us a call to book your next event.

I want to follow God’s leadership related to speaking and travel regardless of financial issues. However, because so many church leaders ask for guidance about honoraria and love offerings, I want to share with you the following statement.
Because I am limited on the number of speaking engagements I can accept each year, every event I accept becomes an important part of the financial support for my family. While I understand the possibility that your overall budget may create a challenge in meeting some of these figures, my primary desire is to serve God and therefore I generally agree to serve Him relying on love offerings. However, give us a call and we will work out a way to work within your budget.
We may have a series of talks that could automatically be a good fit; however we can also create or personalize something just for your event.

I have ten years of vocational student ministry experience. My certification in Total Quality Management has equipped me to do leadership development and volunteer mobilization. My Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries has enabled me to experience ministry from an associate pastor’s point of view. I know what ministers face, how they dream and when they hurt. In 2005, I graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling. My graduate degree has given me the tools to prepare and deliver my messages in a way that shows students how to merge life and faith together. I am a licensed and ordained minister.
Of course! Now that I’ve entered my 30’s, I enjoy training and developing ministry leaders worldwide. Over the years I have been offered several senior pastor positions, I have trained adult students in college settings and done pulpit supply for many churches. Two years-in-a-row, I was a workshop speaker at the National Outreach Convention in San Diego, CA where over 2,000+ influential pastors and ministry leaders worldwide attended to focus on outreach.
Call me old-fashioned but I truly believe in a ministerial calling. I cannot picture the apostle Paul turning down a ministry opportunity simply because the church didn’t pay enough!
A few years ago, I was vacationing in Arizona. Prior to my arrival, I had sent notices to local churches letting them know that I would be staying in the area for two weeks and if any of them had pulpit supply needs I would be willing to serve their church anyway I could. I heard from several pastors including a very small church in Casa Grande, AZ – which is about an hour away from where I was staying. The church was without a pastor and they were delighted to share their pulpit with me on this particular Sunday. The people were gracious, loving and attentive to every word I spoke during both services. After the service the people from the church put together a spur of the moment fellowship for me and my wife where they prayed for us and our ministry. It was obvious God had used me to bring hope to this church and they were sad to see me go. In an effort to show their appreciation above and beyond what they had already done, these Casa Grande farmers dug into their pockets and gave me a love offering along with six bags of oranges!
Frankly, the love offering covered my travel expenses and our meals for that day. The point is that I was faithful in giving a message from God and they in return gave me their hearts and bags full of oranges. That little group of people will always remain precious in my heart for the blessing they were to me and my wife that night.
My desire to be a fully devoted father and husband places a limitation on the number of events I can accept per year. As a result, each of the events I am able to accept becomes an important part of the financial support for my family.
At YouthMinistrySpeaker.com, we have several creative options for student ministries in urban settings or with a limited budget. Contact our office and we'll be happy to work out the details with you. However, let me mention a few possibilities you may want to consider.
· Partner with other student ministries in your area and split the booking fee.
· Try booking me when I am already in your area.
· Seek financial support from private donors. Most churches are blessed with couples whose spiritual gift is giving. Cast your vision and let them respond to it.
· As your denomination or association for funding.
· Grow A LOT of oranges.

I love the local church. To me, there is nothing better than going to church with my wife and watching my daughter learn, “Jesus loves me” in the children's church. As of right now, I do not believe God is leading me into full-time speaking and for that reason I have not thought about pursuing a speaking career.
Today, I am working full-time and I also continue to serve in my local church. So as you can see, due to my existing commitments, full-time speaking is not something that I personally feel the Lord is leading me to do. Therefore, I am very selective on the type of events that I accept each year.

20% deposit of agreed fee is required upon confirmation of the booking. Balance of fee is required on or before date of program. If booking is less than 60 days in advance, 30% of fee is due upon booking. In the event of program cancellation, Cesar Gamez will re-book program on a mutually convenient date with no penalty. If program is canceled by client and not rescheduled, deposit will be considered full and complete settlement. If program is canceled by Cesar Gamez and is not rescheduled by either party, deposit will be refunded to the client.
